Happy February and happy unofficial month of chocolate! For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Nicole and I teach culinary classes, create culinary blends for the shop, and have my own a plant based food and beverage company here in Portland, Radical Foods.
I currently have two products – super rad herbal coffee, Radical Roast, and a nutrient dense hot chocloate mix, Radical Cacao. (Hot chocolate for you or your sweetie, anyone??)
