Luminous Face Serum Recipe

Luminous Face Serum (makes 1 oz)


Almond Oil




Rosehip Seed Oil

3 drops each Frankincense, Lavender, and Chamomile Essential oils


  1. Infuse Almond Oil with calendula, horsetail, and lavender.
  2. Fill jar ¾ of the way with herbs, pour oil over herbs until filled about 1 inch about the herb line. Allow to infuse for 2-4 weeks. Strain and store. Or, In a double boiler, gently heat oil and herbs on the stove top for a minimum of 30 mins.
  3. Combine:

¾ oz Herbal Infused Almond Oil

¼ oz Rosehip Seed Oil

3 drops each Frankincense, Lavender, and Chamomile Essential oils

Calendula is a beautiful golden flower that is super high in Vitamin A and works to speed up the healing process. Vitamin A acts as an antioxidant neutralizing free radicals, preventing premature aging. Calendula is a wonderful herb for sensitive skin types, relieving dry, itchy or chapped skin. Horsetail is super high in silicon which maintains elasticity, strengthens collagen and other connective tissues. Lavender calms the skin, brings softness, and carries antimicrobial properties. The essential oil blend was formulated to reduce inflammation, brighten the skin, and fight wrinkles. Give the Luminous Facial Serum a try as a natural way to support the skin for a healthy glow.
