Honey Rose Hydrating Face Wash Recipe

Sharden Grimm
This creamy wash is sure to dig deep into the pores and hydrate the skin, leaving it feel soft and fresh. Ground rose petals are folded in for exfoliation, while honey acts as an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. Rose petals are revered for their sweet scent and astringent properties. This tightens the pores to keep out bad bacteria, allowing the skin to glow. Scented with ho wood and rose absolute, this soft and sensual wash brings a feeling bliss. Ingredients 1/2 tsp bentonite clay 1/4 tsp ground rose petals 1/2 tsp honey 2 tablespoons castile soap 1/2 tsp vegetable glycerin 1 tsp rose water 3 drops ho wood 6 drops rose absolute Makes 1 oz of liquid soap Blend all ingredients with a hand held milk-frothing blender. Allow bubbles to pop, pour into 1 oz dropper bottle, or bottle of choice. If without small blender, allow honey to dissolve into rose water over time or with gentle heat. Then slowly beat into the remaining mixture. Use daily. Follow with toner and serum.
