How to Reframe Your Thoughts to Manage Stress with Jessica Patching-Bunch

October 17 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

How to reframe your thoughts to manage stress is a workshop giving you the practical tools to better manage and recover from daily stress using neuroscience. We’ll be talking reframing thoughts, building mindset patterns, and how to translate those skills to take back control of your daily life.
Imagine knowing how to stop a stress spiral in its tracks before it carries you away. Imagine knowing what your brain is doing and having the tools to manage your stress; you will have more energy, focus, and confidence to confront these things in the future. That’s exactly what we’re learning here.
If you’ve ever wanted to know how to create space to choose your thoughts, use your breath to communicate with your nervous system, or just wondered how our minds and bodies work together to make you the person you are this is a must-attend.
Jessica Patching-Bunch, of Brain-Body Resilience, carries an extensive background in fitness, psychology and neurophysiology that gives her insight into how we function and the effects of stress. She believes that “you can’t manage or change something you don’t understand.” Her work is dedicated to understanding stress and building resilience
