In this workshop, you’ll learn about flower essences and how they can help you balance and manage emotions such grief, fear, stress, uncertainty, loneliness, anxiety, insomnia, hopelessness and much more and how to use them for yourself, friends, family and pets. We’ll utilize affirmations and intentions, as well as breathwork to help you get the most out of your experience.  Come honor your essence and step back into emotional balance in a safe, nurturing container.
