Culinary Recipes with Chef Nige: Herbal Salad Dressing Blend


Want to make a tasty salad, but don’t have all your favorite herbs on hand? Grab our Spring Salad Dressing Seasoning and just add lemon juice or vinegar, oil and pack your salad with flavor and vitamins. Even our most common culinary herbs get overlooked and are super packed with vitamins and minerals for a flavorful and healthy addition to meals and snacks.  Our salad dressing mix includes all your basic nutrient dense kitchen favorites like parsley, rosemary, and basil, with other Spring and Summer favorites like antiviral thyme, oregano, marjoram and vitamin boosting alfalfa. Here’s a way to whip up a versatile vitamin packed salad dressing to mix with fresh and bright crunchy romaine, deep rich kale, or as a marinade for tofu or chicken this Summer:


1 cup Olive oil

½ cup Red Wine Vinegar

couple squeezes of lemon juice

1 teaspoon minced shallot or red onion

2 teaspoons Spring Salad Dressing Seasoning


Whisk all ingredients together, and pour over fresh greens with shaved fennel and roma tomatoes, drizzle onto sandwiches, or pour over freshly grilled veggies or protein just before serving!

Parsley Leaf, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Garlic, Thyme, Sage, Marjoram, Alfalfa Leaf, Cleavers, Onion, and Black Pepper.
