Soul Shine Tincture stars the legendary adaptogens ashwagandha, eleuthero, and rhodiola. These herbs, like others in their class, are traditionally used for ailments associated with long-term stress, including fatigue, anxiety, mood imbalances, and low immunity. Vitamin-rich nettle provides restorative nourishment. Reishi mushroom combats inflammation and builds up the immune system. Maca adds a mild energy boost without the caffeine jitters. Peppermint soothes the gut and nervous system, and adds its refreshing flavor.

Ingredients: Ashwagandha root, Eleuthero root, Maca root, Rhodiola, Peppermint leaf, Nettle leaf, Reishi.

Directions-1- 2 dropperfuls 3x per day. Adaptogenic herbs are generally used for at least a month to obtain results
