Tea of the Month: Children’s Tea Time

A tea party favorite for your little one’s health and well-being!

Children’s Tea Time was created by Brynn Anderson at the Herb Shoppe; herbalist, mother, and preschool teacher. Lemon Balm promotes immune system function, calms the nervous system and balances mood, as well as soothes stomach discomforts in children. Chamomile and Catnip add to the nervous and digestive properties of this blend, and Skullcap adds another element to the calming and grounding nature of this tea. Fenugreek is a sweet and nourishing component, also helpful for respiratory congestion. Hibiscus provides a high vitamin C content, luscious color, and tasty tang to complete the blend.

Instructions: 1-3 cups per day, or a cup an hour before bed as needed.

Ingredients: Lemon balm, Catnip, Chamomile, Rose Petals, Fenugreek, Hibiscus, Skullcap. Flower Essence: Rock Rose, Impatiens.
