It can feel like a tough time to be a human. We are big nervous systems walking around; all experiencing some level of stress and anxiety. We are more stimulated now than we’ve ever been in history and often take in more than we can metabolize. We are conditioned to believe being busy and productive is our best self. We are overwhelmed with our to do lists and our stuffed down feelings. And, the holidays, a time when stress tends to amplify are fast approaching.
Stress and anxiety can seem manageable; like a bit of an uncomfortable buzz, or feel deeply uncomfortable/ painful. This workshop is for all levels. Join me to find tools and practices for a more easeful, joyful, balanced you.
*This workshop is focused on stress and anxiety but many of the tools are applicable for all overwhelm.
Barney + Flo(w) is a space for (w)holistic creative living with a focus on letting go, making space and creating the life you desire. Amanda Barnett of B+F has been studying wellness for the greater part of her life. She has a BS in Psychology & studied secular based Mindfulness meditation and Loving Kindness practice with Insight LA. She studies Human Design and received her yoga certification through SOLA School of the Contemplative Arts with an emphasis on somatics and anatomy. Amanda is an advanced Reiki practitioner and studied Breathwork Healing with Erin Telford and David Elliott.
